Now, as the Founder of Glow in the Dark, Michael is uniting creatives, philanthropists, and changemakers across the U.S., Australia, Europe, and Israel to transform how Jews and Israel are seen on the global stage, leading a powerful rebranding of Jewish identity.

Dayna Lee

Her recent producing credits include Giant by Mark Rosenblatt, starring John Lithgow and directed by Nicholas Hytner, winning three Olivier Awards, including Best New Play.
Dayna also produced the landmark Fiddler on the Roof at Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre, which earned a record-breaking 13 Olivier nominations and won Best Musical Revival. Her credits include Here There Are Blueberries (a Pulitzer Prize finalist and NYTW’s highest-grossing play), Becoming Eve, The Laramie Project (Broadway revival), and forthcoming productions of Practical Magic, Mrs. Santa Claus, and Nowhere Boy.

Irit Ambar is one of Israel’s leading figures in the media and television industry, with over five decades of experience leading large scale television projects and producing influential content.
Formerly the Vice President of Productions at Keshet 12, Israel’s leading commercial television network, and the founder and managing director of the Israeli Comedy Channel.
Throughout her distinguished career, she has produced and edited thousands of television programs across a wide range of genres: from entertainment and current affairs to drama and documentary films collaborating with many of the most prominent names in Israeli media.
Today, she serves as the CEO of an independent production company, developing and producing content for television and digital platforms, including entertainment and current affairs shows, documentaries, and multimedia installations for museums and cultural institutions across Israel.
Renowned for her creative vision, narrative sensitivity, and ability to blend cultural depth with broad audience appeal.

Avi (Albert) Ambar

Avi Ambar’s pioneering career spanning five decades, is one of Israel's most prominent directors, credited with helping to shape the nation's modern television language. He has applied his innovative visual and narrative approaches to thousands of large-scale productions across diverse genres, from current affairs and sports to entertainment and drama.A distinguished director of audiovisual installations for museums and cultural institutions throughout Israel, and a recognized expert in virtual studio production. Among his landmark achievements is directing the inauguration of the Bahá’í Gardens in Haifa, broadcast live to over 70 countries worldwide.
As a consultant in the design and establishment of live-broadcast television studios and has mentored and trained dozens of young directors who went on to shape Israel’s broadcasting industry.
Currently, he is a partner in an independent production company, creating and producing content for television and digital platforms.
